- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about July 21, 2003 with due date for receipt of proposals approximately 30 days following issuance. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Catalog Museum Collections, Longfellow National Historic Site, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Solicitation Number N1720-03-0902. The work of this project consists of cataloguing of approximately 28,000 archival documents (17.5 linear feet) from the Longfellow Family Papers using Automated National Catalog System Plus (ANCS+) system. The project includes options for an additional 25.5 linear feet of documents to be catalogued. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed-price service contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this project is 541990 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The contract performance period is one year following Notice to Proceed.
