- NA NUMBERED NOTE 1 To provide satellite television programming service: Provide all necessary equipment and materials to provide the following satellite televsion programming for 538 television sets. A. CNN b. ESPN c. WTBS d.U.S.A e. Discovery f. Disney g. TNT h. Family Chan nel i. Sci Fi Channel j. CNN Headline News. The Government owns the video distribution system which includes the satellite signal receivers, the decoder modules, the channel modulators and the head end. The satellite receivers are as follows: 6 ea. Blonde r tongue 2001, 2 ea. Holland HMH-500H, 1 ea. Blonder6185. Two satellite dishes: One Galaxy 1 - C band, and one On G Star KU band
