- Description
- Provide Aircraft Washing services on C5A for Air Force Reserve Command at Westover Joint Air Reserve Base, MA. Performance will be conducted on weekends only. The proposed performance period is a Base Period from 1 Oct 2003 ? 30 Sep 2004 with four one year options. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum number of washes. Solicitation will be firm fixed price. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 488190 with a size standard of $6M. Offeror must have current registration in Central Contractor Registration database. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments hereto, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidders mailing list. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy from this website. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis using price with past performance as tradeoff. Solicitation to be posted on or about 16 Jul 03.
