- The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to advise that RFQ F09603-03-Q-80560 will be posted on 30 May 2003. The details of the requirement will be included in the formal solicitations. DESC: Synopsis: This is a sole source acquisition for 2 each analyzer charger, NSN 6130-01-411-7735BY, P/N 121754-0001 applicable to the (JTIDS) Joint Tactical Info Distr System. Delivery is June 04.
