- The Department of State has a requirement to perform annual preventive maintenance on an existing Power Systems and Controls UPS System at the United States Embassy in Havana, Cuba. System location and nameplate data are as follows: Location: Havana Cuba Manufacturer: Power Systems & Controls KVA: 250 KW: 200 Date installed: Sept. 1994 Quantity: Single Module Model No.: XC250RT/BP Serial No.: DTS/DOS-HCM3313 Utility power: 3-phase, 208 VAC, 60 cycles. Replace MG set O-rings and gaskets, grease and lubricate MG and pony motor bearings and coupling. Perform battery maintenance, provide a complete list of all UPS spares parts availabe onsite, and provide a narrative summary of all findings, repairs, conditions, readings and a one-line diagram of the UPS distribution system.
