- Description
- The Plumas National Forest intends to acquire services for 2003 OHV Mapping Project. The work to be performed consists of GPS mapping of motorized Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) trails and use areas within the Plumas National Forest 2003 OHV Mapping Project located within seven priority watersheds spread across all of the districts of the Plumas National Forest. Map using GPS only those trails and use areas within the project area that are used by OHV's and are not already in the Plumas GIS system. Mapping shall include associated features such as disturbed areas, stream crossings, road intersections, and patches of noxious weeds. This contract is for an estimated quanitity of 200 miles of mapped trails. Output shall consist of original and corrected GPS files and conversion of the data to Arcview or ArcInfo format. This Solicitation will be available for electronic down load on or around July 1, 2003.
