- FOR TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CONTACT ALLEN TOBEY AT 760-873-2487 or atobey@fs.fed.us . This is a commercial item purchase as per Part 12 of the FAR. This is for the supply and installation of 3 vertical wheelchair platform lifts with enclosures. Delivery will be to the district offices of the Inyo National Forest. Two are to be delivered to the Mammoth Ranger District, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 and 1 to the White Mountain Ranger District, 798 N. Main Street, 93514. The NAICS is 333921 with a small business size classification of 500 employees. The solicitation package will be available at this web site on July 16, 2003 with a response date of July 30, 2003 at close of business (4:30 pm).
