- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Region 2 Nebraska National Forest, has a requirement for a Waste Water System Improvement project consisting of the following: Lift station replacement and additional force main, gravity sewer line realignments, demolition of existing chlorine building, and existing lift station, construct new evaporative cell. Work consists of trenching, excavating, backfilling, lift station-plumbing and controls. The project is located 4 miles west of Halsey, NE, then south on State Spur 86B across bridge into Bessey Recreation area. Follow road 500 feet curve left and continue to the 4 way intersection. Turn left travel 300 feet to fenced area on right. Waste Water lagoons are in the fence area. The performance period for this contract is 200 calendar days. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the work described in accordance with the terms, specifications and provisions of the contract. This requirement has been set-aside for Small Business. The solicitation is available for download on or before July 14, 2003 from this website only.
