- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offerors are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # DAHA49-03-T-0104 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561990. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract . A brief synopsis of the required services is as follows: (A). Set up and installation of a temporary antenna complex . (B). Removal of existing antennas, mounting systems, and transmission line systems. Installation of a fall protection rail and installation of numerous antennas/transmission lines. This does not include all required services. A complete statement of required services may be obtained by emailing myself at steven.slagle@dcandr.ang.af.mil. These services are to be performed at the District of Columbia Air National Guard, Andrews Air Force Base, MD , 20762-5011. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR provision 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (May 2002) shall be completed and subm itted with the offer; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (May 2002) with the following applicable clauses in paragraph (b), 11,12,13,14,15,16,24, and 27. The following clauses apply in section (c), 1 and 2. In accordance with the Service Contract Act the following wage determination is hereby incorporated: 94-2103 Revision (30), area: District of Columbia. FAR 52.237- 1 Site Visit; FAR 52.237-2 Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation, FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force a nd effect as is they were given in full text); FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text); DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Centr al Contractor Registration; DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. *Note: The full text of a clause/provision may be accessed electronically at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Award will be made to the offeror, which is most advantageous to the government. The following areas will be evaluated: Technical, Delivery Time, Past Performance, and Price. Offerors are required to submit product literature and warranty information with thei r technical offer. At least three past performance references shall be submitted also. They shall include project number, date of services, and a point of contact. Offers may be faxed, emailed, or mailed no later than the close of business July 30, 2003. A site visit will be held the 11th of July 2003 at 2:00 P.M. All interested parties shall RSVP to steven.slagle@dcandr.ang.af.mil prior to the close of business on the 9th of July 2003.
