- Amendment 000001 to the solicitation will be available on or about March 14, 2003 through DEA's Acquisitions Home Page, located at www.dea.gov. Once there, you must click on Acquisitions and Contracts, then Open Solicitations. Potential offerors can read the Executive Summary without registering for the Amendment 000001. However, in order to receive the Amendment 000001, all offerors will be required to register. This will be automatically requested of any offeror who tries to download the amendment. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and any amendments. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. NOTICE: The Preproposal/Prebidder's Conference has been RESCHEDULED FROM March 18, 2003 TO March 20, 2003 at the same location. Please review Amendment 000001 for further details.
