- AMENDMENT FIVE(5) to RFP 263-03-P(GK)-0059 for NIH's Extramural Activities Support Services IAW OMB Circular A-76 is issued. Amendment 5 extends the due date for receipt of proposals. INFORMATION AMENDED IS CRITICAL TO THIS SOLICITATION AND SHOULD BE VIEWED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The due date for receipt of the written elements of the technical and cost proposal is EXTENDED to JULY 16, 2003. Notice is hereby provided that this procurement is being conducted under the OLD OMB Circular A-76 rules. The Government may conduct oral presentations with offerors found to be in the competitive range from July 31 to August 8, 2003. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced by September 30, 2003. It is recognized that Circular A-76 requires very compressed proposal preparation schedules. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 56110, Office Administrative Services, with a size standard of an average annual receipts of $6.0M over the last 3 years. This requirement is being competed as a full and open competition. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP, all attachments, and amendments. The Government will not provide printed copies. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
