- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, has a project entitled North Bend Janitorial Services located on the Snoqualmie Ranger District of the Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. This project is located at the Snoqualmie Ranger District Offices at 42404 S.E. North Bend Way, North Bend, Washington. Project work consists of providing janitorial services at the following locations on the district office compound: Snoqualmie Ranger District Main Office (Bldg. No. 2031, approximately 3000 square feet); the Biological and Earth Sciences Office (Bldg. No. 1032, approximately 1104 square feet); the Fire/Public Services Office (Bldg. No. 2131, approximately 1200 square feet); the Conference Center (Bldg. No. 2230, approximately 2500 square feet) and the Engineers Office (Bldg. No. 2132, approximately 1109 square feet). The square footage refers to net assignable and related use space, including all restrooms and inside storage areas. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations No. R6-MBS-3-26 and will be available through this website on or about July 14, 2003, with offers to be received no later than the close of business (4:00 p.m.), August 14, 2003. Telephonic or written requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Award of this contract is anticipated to be made no later than September 3rd, 2003 with work starting on October 1, 2003 and will run through September 30, 2004. Any award made under this solicitation will be made for one year with two option years. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside and FAR part 12, Commercial Items procedures will be utilized. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 with a corresponding size standard of $14 million. Requirements of the Service Contract Act will apply to any resulting contract. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency.
