Description

NA Requirements type contract for meals, lodging and transportation for applicants processing through the El Paso Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) during the base period of 1 Jan 2004 through 31 Dec 2004 with four option periods. Services are for a supper meal, overnight lodging, breakfast the next morning and transportation to the MEPS. It is estimated that there will be 2100 applicants processing yearly. The number of applicants daily will possibly reach 30 maximum, but average 10 applicants d aily. This contract will be awarded on a Best Value basis using the tradeoff source selection process. The appropriate NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $6M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The solici tation will be posted on the Fort Knox hompage website at: http://knox-www.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or about 2 July 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewi se posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
