Description

NA Requirements type contract for meals, lodging and transportation for applicants processing through the Shreveport Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) during the base period of 1 Sep 2003 through 31 Aug 2004 with four option periods. Services are f or a supper meal, overnight lodging, breakfast the next morning and transportation to the MEPS. It is estimated that there will be 7,200 applicants processing yearly. The number of applicants daily will possibly reach 95 maximum, but average 27 applican ts daily. This contract will be awarded on a Best Value basis using the tradeoff source selection process. The appropriate NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $6M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The so licitation will be posted on the Fort Knox hompage website at: http://knox-www.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or about 2 July 2003. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be li kewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
