- Amendment 03 Continued STANDARD FORM 30 (Rev. 10-83) Solicitation Number: TFTP-MN-03-R-0001 a. The purpose of this amendment is to provide revisions and updates to the Request for Proposal (RFP) and change the closing date for the RFP. b. The closing date for the RFP has been changed from 3:00 July 1, 2003 to 3:00 PM July 2, 2003. c. Section L paragraph 3.1 has been revised as follows: 3.1 Written (Electronic) Proposal Format Instructions 3.1.1 Format. Electronic copies of the Technical and Past Performance volumes shall be submitted on CD-ROM using the Microsoft Office 2000 Suite of Word, Excel, and/or Power Point as applicable or compatible software. Electronic copies for the Price volume shall be submitted on CD-ROM using either Microsoft Word 9.0 and/or Excel 9.0 or compatible software. ?Compatible? means the files on the CD-ROM can be opened with and ready by Microsoft Office 2000 components without a discernible effect on the text or the formatting of the document. PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN A FORMAT NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE 2000 WILL NOT BE EVALUATED AND WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE COMPETITION. THERE WILL BE NO OPPORTUNITY TO RESUBMIT THE PROPOSAL IN THE REQUIRED FORMAT. The files shall not be in ?read only? format and any spreadsheets shall be unlinked to allow for adjusting during the price analysis. No worksheets shall be hidden. All disks shall be virus checked prior to submission, and any virus shall be eliminated. Replacement CDs may be required to update the final proposal resulting from any communications. All text shall be single spaced and printed black on white paper (black and white requirement does not apply to graphics, photos, etc.; however, Company stationery and logos are acceptable). Printing shall be easily readable (12-pitch type or 10 point proportional spacing.) Cross-references should be utilized to preclude unnecessary duplication of data between sections. d. There are no other further changes to this Solicitation.
