Description: RFP OAM-2003-N-0026, Microsoft Premier Services. The purpose of this modification is to provide responses to questions received on this requirement. 1. How many hours/incidents were billed during last years contract period? Answer: 35 Incidents were billed during last year?s contract period. 2. How will payment be made? Incrementally, in advance, or upon project completion? Answer: Payment will be made in one annual sum upon receipt of an acceptable invoice. Typically, invoices have been submitted during the first quarter of the fiscal year. 3. Is there a DoD Secret Clearance required for personnel assign to this project? Answer: No DoD Secret Clearances are not required.
