- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis for the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) engineering and technical support services for the development and implementation of the Joint En-Route Mission Planning and Rehearsal System ? Near Terms (JEMPRS-NT). Support will be provided at government and contractor facilities worldwide. Required tasks include, but are not limited to, site surveys, system development, system testing, installation and training. The solicitation shall contain a requirement for a base period of performance of twelve (12) months with two (2) one-year renewal option periods. The estimated level of effort is 10,052 man-hours per year. A cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type of contract is anticipated. Offerors shall be required to submit both cost and technical proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 541512 and $21M, respectively. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Detachment Philadelphia. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. The solicitation will be released no earlier than 15 days after this posting. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
