- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F13C22136105. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is for: Item # 0001- Environmental Control Unit, Manufacturer KECO Industries; MODEL: FDECUPOWER; USAF Part # 9454100-5; Input 208v, 50/60 Hz, Power Consumption 14 KW; Refrigerant R134; Weight 700lbs; Dimensions 52W? x 31H? x 42L?; The FDECU is a Heat Pump (Reversing Mechanical Refrigeration System) Intended for use in Cooling, Heating, Dehumidifying, Filtering and Circulating Air for Portable Shelters, Tents, and Vans to Satisfy Equipment and Personnel Climate Control Requirements in a Field Environment. (QTY- 6 ea). All items shipped FOB Destination to McConnell AFB, KS 67221. The NAICS code for this Acquisition is 238210 (Size $12M) and the SIC code is 3699. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items shall apply to this solicitation.
