This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov/. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421830 with a small business size standard of 100 employees.
