- Description
- The purpose of this acquisition is to award one construction contract for the following: Renovate an approximate 19,000 sq. ft. section of Building 150 for the Family Support Center and, Demolish an adjoining 6,000 sq. ft. portion that connects, or links, two sections of Building 150. A single construction contract award will combine both projects. The projects will be completed in coordinated phases and encompass demolition, new construction, mechanical, electrical, site utility work and landscaping. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to accomplish work IAW Drawings and Specifications. Period of performance will be 180 days. A bid bond of 20% is required with Bid. Payment and Performance Bonds are required from the successful bidder. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be issued on 22 July 2003. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Thursday, 22 July 2003 at 9:00 am. Hill AFB, Building 1289 NE, Conference Room.
