- Description
- 65--Picture Archival and Communications System (PACS) Upgrade for VA Medical Center Baltimore, MD, including delivery and installation. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or about July 9, 2003. Solicitation will be issued under other than full and open competition as GE Medical Systems, the PACS manufacturer, is believed to be the only source for this upgrade. However, all responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted electronically on or about the issue date. see Notes 12 and 22.
