- Description
- Contractor to fill and dispense new prescriptions of up to ten (10) day supply of medications as prescribed by the healthcare providers at the Panama City Beach, Florida VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the period October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. Facility for filling and dispensing of prescriptions must be located within 15 miles of the VA Coummunity Based Outpatient Clinic, 6703 West Highway 98, Panama City Beach Fl., 32407-7001. Solicitations will be available July 18, 2003. Only written or Faxed (Fax Nr 228-563-2675)requests for the solicitation will be accepted. This is a 100% small business set aside.
