- Description
- The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center has a requirement to provide Homemaker/Home Health Aide and In-Home Respite Care services for eligible veteran beneficiaries residing within the designated geographic catchment areas. This Request for Proposal is advertised as full and open competition for award of a single or multiple award contract(s) with NAICS 621610 and a size standard $11.5 Million. The procurement will be conducted utilizing FAR Parts 12, 13 and/or 15.=20 Contract period will be twelve months from date of award with two (2) one-year options to extend. Solicitation documents will be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. All requests for hard copies shall be submitted in writing, via fax (804-675-5588) or e-mail (Janet.Davis2@med.va.gov). No telephonic questions will be answered pertaining to this solicitation. In addition, no electronic offers will be accepted. Each offer should contain the offeror=92s best terms from cost/price and technical standpoint, as a contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. The closing date for submission of proposal will be July 21, 2003 at 4:30 p.m. =20
