- Description
- Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, tools and equipment to upgrade the passenger and service elevators located in Building #1 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami, FL in accordance with the specifications. Upon award of the contract the successful party shall assume total preventive maintenance responsibilities for the elevators being upgraded and will continue for one year after all completion of the entire project. Estimated cost range between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code is 235950 and the size standard is $12 million. The procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set-aside. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 14, 2003 at 10 AM in the conference room located in the Contracting Officer, Room 2A157. All potential bidders will be responsible to monitor the web site for the release of amendments, if any. Receipt of bids are due on August 4, 2003 at 2 PM.
