- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201 intends to negotiate with Evacusled, Inc., 1470 The Queensway, Toronto, Canada, M8Z1t5, 416-201-9451 for 224 evacuation sleds. This proposed contract action is for the purchase of Evacusled, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service internet address: http://www.gover/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon respones to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than July 14, 2003, 4:00p.m. local time to the contracting officer indicated above. See numbered note 22.
