- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences intends to negotiate with Dynamac Corporation to provide independent quality assurance monitoring and retrospective auditing support resources for the National Toxicology Program as a sole source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and the FAR 6-302-1a(2)(ii) to increase the level of effort by 3,640 direct labor hours.
