- (FEDBIZOPPS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR LOGISTICS SERVICES (June 30, 2003) The purpose of this notice is to provide a public announcement of an A-76 acquisition. The Department of Energy (DOE) will be conducting a standard competition that will be processed using OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003. This acquisition is for support services to provide logistical services at DOE sites located in Germantown MD; Washington, D.C.; Albany, OR; Bayou Choctaw, LA; Big Hill, TX; Bryan Mound TX; Chicago IL; Idaho Falls, ID; Landover, MD; Miamisburg, OH; Richland, WA, Rocky Flats, CO; New Orleans, LA; Savannah, SC; West Hackberry LA. This announcement is to advise the public that DOE will be issuing a solicitation for the subject services. The projected end date for the study will be September 2004. The number of Federal employees performing the activity :142. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Mr. James Campbell. The Contracting Officer is Mr. Craig S. Frame. The Agency Tender Official is Mr. Stephen M. Smith
