- The purpose of this notice is to provide a public announcement of an A-76 acquisition. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) will be conducting a standard competition that will be processed using OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003. This acquisition is for support services to provide logistical services at NNSA sites located in Albuquerque, NM; Las Vegas, NV; Livermore, CA; and, Oakland, CA. This announcement is to advise the public that DOE will be issuing a solicitation for the subject services. The projected end date for the study will be September 2004. The number of Federal employees performing the activity is 78. The Competitive Souring Official is Mr. James T. Campbell. The Contracting Officer is Ms. Irie W. Clarke. The Agency Tender official is Ms. Theresa Tyner.
