- Description
- The Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Marine Fisheries Service intends to negotiation on a non-completive basis with the Martinique on Broadway for the Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting scheduled December 7 through 12, 2003. Public meeting and sleeping accommodations for 30 people will be provided. Award will be processed under the Simplified Acquisition Procedure. All offerors capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit proposal information as to their capabilities by the required due date, July 18, 2003.
