- The United States Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC) intends to acquire on-call maintenance for five (5) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Two (2) battery backup systems and one (1) bypass control cabinet located at the NITC in Kansas City, Missouri, and one (1) uninterruptiable power supply and one (1) battery backup system located at the NITC in Washington, DC. Equipment to be maintained includes Exide model 3450, Exide model 3600T and Exide Powercare model 100 UPS systems; Exide model 2000 bypass control cabinet; and EPE System 4000 UPS system. The resulting contract will be for one base year with four option years. All interested parties are encourage to request the solicitation in writing within 30 days of this notice. Please sent request to the attention of Sherri Davis referencing solicitation number RFP-OPPM-03-1008SD. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1.
