- This solicitation is for Outfitter services for areas located in the Bob Marshall, Great Bear, and Scapegoat Wilderness Complex of Montana's Flathead, Helena, Leis and Clark, and LoLo National Forests. There are a total of ten separate study locations for the study period. Eight study sites are located within the upper reaches of the South Fork Flathead River on the Flathead National Forest. One study site is located in the Seven-up Creek drainage. Another site is located in the Moose Creek drainage of the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Legal descriptions providing the township, range, and section will be listed in the RFQ. The Government cost estimate for this project is under $25,000. The solicitation will be issued June 30, 2003.
