Description: Wigwam Trailhead Parking, Pike National Forest, Jefferson County, Colorado. Project is for the reconstruction of the parking lot at the old Wigwam Campground. Major work items include removal, disposal of existing asphalt parking area, site prep, grading, culvert, placement and compaction of base material, paving material, striping parking area and installation of signs. Project is located approximately 15 miles south of Buffalo Creek, Colorado on Jefferson County Road 126. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000, NAICS Code is 237990. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The performance period will be 45 calendar days. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov approximately July 14, 2003.
