- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-318-0761, LTC03079010123, Wheel, Special (Tire, Recapped, Caster), NR Navy Dwg. 1366AS131 Rev B. DSCR does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please submit requests to DSCR-VABA via the Internet, mail, fax, or phone. Contract type is Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity for a Base Year plus four 12 month Option Years. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 001. This requirement is restricted to Small Business under negotiated method of procurement.
