- NSN: 2530008562299, RPC03139000530, Wheel, Idler. Made in accordance with Army drawing (19207) 10907799 and all current related data. Quantity of 975 is to be delivered to New Cumberland PA, FOB destination, within 180 days after date of award, including delivery of First Article Test Report. First Article Testing and approval consists of the contractor testing and/or examining items prior to regular production on a contract followed by the preparation/evaluation of attendant test reports. Two units (2) pre-inspection within 60 days after date of award to include: Chemical compositional visual and dimensional; magnetic particle and radiographic inspections and other related data inspections. Clause I06 applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of July 16, 2003. Requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Various Increments Solicited: FROM: 500 TO: 1600.
