- DSCC: SOL NO: SPO920-03-R-X757, NSN?s 5855-01-286-8697, Receiver, Infrared; and 5855-01-289-8496, Receiver, Infrared. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Only written proposals will be accepted. Cost and price data will be required as well as a subcontracting plan. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Data not available. A FFP-12 Month (365 day) Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Contract with four (4) 12 Month Option Periods is anticipated. The requested delivery is 160 days. Increments solicited for NSN 5855-01-289-8496 are: 5-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, and 40-60. NSN 5855-01-286-8697, 20 ? 93, 40 ? 59, 60 ? 79, 80 ? 99, 100 ? 120.
