Description

This requirement is in support of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The work Includes interior demolition, VCT flooring, metal studs, gypsum wallboard, lay-in ceiling tiles, interior/exterior painting, asphalt shingle roofing, complete HVAC, electrical lighting/power, plumbing lines/fixtures and incidental related work. This requirement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. The NAICS Code is 236220 with a Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1 Million. Plans and specs will be available on or AFTER 14 July 2003. The bid opening date will be on or AFTER 13 August 2003.
