- Provide Closing Agent Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the State Hawaii. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) not to exceed $100,000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is set aside for small business concerns. Quotations from Large Businesses will not be accepted. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and the Size Standard is $6 million. The proposed purchase order will be for a period of one (1) year. RFQ Q3D8AAC0016 will be available on or about May 2, 2003. Quotations will be due on or about May 21, 2003. This solicitation will be available for downloading on HUD's web page address at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm on or about May 2, 2003. Potential quoters who download copies of solicitation from HUD's Home Page Contracting Opportunities will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation. You are advised to check frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to the solicitations you obtained. All amendments will be posted on HUD's Home Page Contracting Opportunities site.
