- The NRC requires the services of a firm with an existing web-based data system that can store, track, manage, and generate ad-hoc and standard reports on civil rights and affirmative employment and diversity activities. The system must be able to perform as follows: store, manage, and track civil rights and affirmative employment and diversity activities; and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for use by the NRC to meet reporting requirements imposed by other federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Personnel Management, and Office of Management and Budget. The NRC will issue a solicitation under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on or about 7/15/03. The closing date will be 16 days after the issue date of the solicitation. All interested parties should submit written requests for SBC03308 to the NRC at the address shown above. Telephone requests will not be honored. The proposed procurement is under a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts not to exceed 21 million dollars over the past three years.
