- Description
- The Government intends to award on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5, a commercial item contract to REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., One Redcom Center, Victor, New York 14564-0995 for upgrades and manuals for existing software in order to provide required REDCOM IGX interface training for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA?s) Program Support Division (PSD), Digital Technical Control (DTC). Only one source is responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. If no affirmative written response is received within 3 days after publication of this notice, a sole source contract to REDCOM will be issued.
