- The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision and equipment required to replace two overhead roll-up doors at Building 110 at the Naval Submarine Base, Groton, Connecticut. The NAICS Code is 238290 and has a Small Business Standard of $12.0 million. The solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The RFQ, Request For Quotation, will be available on the Internet, only. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge. All prospective offerors should register on this site by clicking on the entrance button to access and create an account.
