- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, GD, Crustal Imaging & Characterization Team, Denver, CO has a requirement to determine the magnetic noise effects related to base station magnetics in order to properly reduce aeromagnetic data. The magnetic noise in coastal areas is related to the transition between land and water. Identifying and quantify these effects not only for coastal areas but also for inland areas as well is Task 1, Task 2 is to interpret existing magnetotelluric data in Alaska and possibly collect and interpret additional data. There are optional items included in the Request for Quote. Interested parties shall complete the request for quotation 03CRQQ0188 that will be available on the Electronic Commerce on or about July 7, 2003.
