Description
BLM Kingman Field Office (KFO) is located in northwest Arizona covering portions of Mohave and Yavapai counties. KFO conducts maintenance (including minor construction) on a variety of facilities and range improvements (see table). This is a negotiated, best value procurement, utilizing a source selection process, that includes the submission of price and technical proposals. Proposal evaluation will be in accordance with the procedures set forth in OMB Circular A-76 and Sections L and M of the resultant Request for Proposal. This requirement allows for Full and Open Competition. Any resultant contract will include a base performance period of one year and four one-year renewal options. CRITICAL NOTE: A CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE'S CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) WHICH IS UTILIZED BY BOTH THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND CIVILIAN AGENCIES IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE GOVERNMENT. NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE TO ANY CONTRACTOR THAT IS NOT REGISTERED OR IN THE PROCESS OF REGISTERING WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION SYSTEM.
