- BLM Kingman Field Office (KFO) is located in northwest Arizona covering portions of Mohave and Yavapai counties. KFO conducts maintenance (including minor construction) on a variety of facilities and range improvements (see table). This is a negotiated, best value procurement, utilizing a source selection process, that includes the submission of price and technical proposals. Proposal evaluation will be in accordance with the procedures set forth in OMB Circular A-76 and Sections L and M of the resultant Request for Proposal. This requirement allows for Full and Open Competition. Any resultant contract will include a base performance period of one year and four one-year renewal options.
