- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the delivery date for the Cisco Routers and to clarify the quantity required. The delivery date for the Cisco Routers is 30 days ARO. The amount / number / quantity of Cisco Routers required is 59. The Cisco Routers must be new. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The number 96 that follows each equal symbol is a typo and is hereby deleted in its entirety throughout the original synopsis. This announcement constitutes the only amendment; new quotes are being requested and a written amendment will not be issued. This solicitation, RMK0E030045, is still a Request for Quote (RFQ) under test procedures of FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are the same as those in the previous solicitation. Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable quote, as submitted by a responsible offeror & ability to provide all the above requirements. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Therefore, pricing shall include all costs (i.e. charges/fees). Quotes will be submitted in writing and signed by an individual with the authority to bind their respective company. Electronic submissions via fax are acceptable.
