- Description
- The contractor shall provide, furnish all material, transportation, supervision, equipment and labor to renovate sewer lagoon and replace the sewer main manholes in Cove Day School, AZ and Dennehotso Day School, AZ, (Apache County). Remove any construction debris and transport off the school premises to an approved EPA landfill as described in the drawing plans and specifications for Cove Day School, (Apache), AZ. This acquisition is set-aside for qualified HUBZone small business concerns. Project site visits shall be arranged with Benjamin Boyd, telephone no. (505) 863-8418. Evaluation include past performance of similar work for the past two years. Price Range is between $25,000 - $100,000. Serious offerors must submit a written request showing a complete physical address, email, correct telephone and fax numbers to receive a package, either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. A limit of 25 solicitation packages will be made available for the first 25 requests at no-charge. Bid opening is scheduled at 2:00 P.M., local time, July 22, 2003, at the BIA, Navajo Regional Office, 3rd floor Conference Room. Technical inquires must be submitted in writing 8 calendar days before the bid opening date to the Contract Specialist.
