Description

NA Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO, has a requirement for the repair and maintenance of Olympus scopes consisting of various sigmoidoscopes, colonscopes, duodenoscopes, gastroscopes, EGD scopes, bronofiberscopes, and dual channel scopes. Contr actor shall provide unlimited unscheduled services during the period of coverage for the above medical equipment and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the statement of work. The contractor shall provide all required parts, labor, and shipping costs to maintain the equipment in a serviceable condition. Period of performance is date of award through 31 Dec 03 for the base period with three option periods. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference RFQ No. DADA09-03-T-0465.
