- NA The work consists of concrete demolition and replacement of Elam Road, the primary base industrial road, a portion of Young Road and a combination convenience store/automobile service station. Other pavement work consists of reconstruction or mill and ove rlay of portions of existing streets adjacent to Elam Road and construction or mill and overlay of new and existing parking lots respectively. Additional work includes storm drainage system improvements, sidewalks and parking lot lighting. Pavement surfa ce quantities are approximate as follows: Concrete 17,550 SY, Asphalt 13,900 SY, Mill and Overlay 13,050 SY, and Sidewalks 1,800 SY. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on/or about July 18, 2003, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
