- NA The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a qualified firm to perform real estate appraisal services for approximately 400 properties. The work to be preformed will be in Harlan County, Kentucky and Lee County, Virginia. The appraiser shall prepare complete, narrative self-contained appraisals that meet the current requirements of the Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (Yellow Book) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. The appraisals will include fee acquisitions, various easement interests, and partial takings. Appraisers will be required to appraise residential and non-residential ownerships needed for proposed projects in the area previously described. Award of this contract will be made by best va lue to the government. This procurement is issued 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531320. The small business size standard is $1.5 million. Request for Quotation (RFQ) package wi ll be available on or about 30 June 2003 at the following website: http://lrn.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Prospective offerors MUST register at the website in order to obtain the RFQ package. Quotations will be due by 4:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time on 22 July 2003.
