Description
NA 17. The Government may elect to award up to four (4) Pre-placed Remedial Action Contracts for Service and or Construction as Indefinite Delivery Contracts. These contracts will be utilized for the work assigned to Districts within the United States Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division (CENWD), including work in support of customers within the geographical boundaries of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region II (New York, New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Vir gin Islands and Native American Tribes or Nations located in these jurisdictions). NO PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD. These contracts will be issued for a base period of three (3) years with a two (2) year option period. The contracts will have a j oint total acquisition value of $600 Million. There are no task order limits except for the joint maximum acquisition value. Task orders may be issued as either Cost Reimbursable or Fixed Price. Up to four (4) separate Contracts will be awarded to diffe rent Contractors. The contracts to be awarded may require personnel, plant, and equipment to provide a wide range of services relating to support and performance of the Hazardous Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) programs. This program supports the Depa rtment of Defense (DoD), Defense Environmental Restoration Program, the Environmental Protection Agency Superfund Program and other federal agency environmental programs. Projects could be civil or military in nature and range and may include homeland sec urity. Work may also be on Superfund National Priority List (NPL) sites, military installations, other Government property, and various other locations (public and private). Evaluation of offers submitted under this solicitation, and any subsequent contr act award(s), will be based on the criteria stated in the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. This solicitation is available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. Hard copies, CDs and other media will not be available nor will they be provided. Proposals shall be submitted by mail, other commercial carrier or hand carried in accordance with the time, date, and location specified in the solicitation.
