Description
NA CONNECTING LINK, RIG; NSN: 3040-01-087-1606, P/N: 70400-02264-063, Quantity: 293 Ea. minimun/1,037 Ea. maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Intended sources are Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615-9129 (CAGE 78286 and TEK Precision Co. LTD., 205 W. Industry CT., P.O. Box 9020, Deer Park, NY 11729-9020 (CAGE 65780. This item is a Flight Safety Part. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving B ldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 293 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 293 each, 270 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintainin g the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government enginee ring activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
