- Description
- Privately developed Car Wash, Pet Kennels and Ice Skating Rink opportunities at Fort Lewis, WA through public-private partnerships. The purpose of the solicitation will be to select a development partner to finance, design, construct, operate and maintain these facilities. Prospective partners may choose to pursue development of one or more of the facilities. These opportunities provide an excellent business and investment prospect for a private firm to provide services directly to the military market on Fort Lewis.
